Our ratings are up: why our customers love Robinsun plug & play solar kits

At Robinsun we strive to give all families easy and affordable access to the benefits of solar energy. We want everybody to be able to produce their own solar power and save big on their utility bills. We recently wrote about why we sell directly to consumers, and how this makes our communication with customers very transparent. It is therefore extremely important for us to understand our customers’ feedback, that we collect on the two main platforms: Google and Trustpilot. And the good news is: both our ratings have increased recently!

Google is the global reference to find anything on the Internet. It has also cultivated a reputation for quality of service unlike any other platform. At Robinsun, we have started to list on Google from the first day we launched, and over time have expanded, improved and curated our presence. But Google not only gives companies a voice, but also to customers and the general public, that can leave reviews. Trustpilot is a Danish website of customer reviews founded in 2007, that has become the world’s biggest online review site globally. 1 million reviews are hosted on the site every day. Robinsun has started collecting reviews on Trustpilot in late 2023. Recently our rating has increased to 4.7 out of 5 stars, highlighting our customer’s satisfaction with our products and services.
