ArcBox is your solar system’s fire safety upgrade. It traps any dangerous electric arcs (an unwanted electrical discharge) before they can spread.
How it works:

Connect your DC cables
First, connect the male and female DC connectors as usual. -
Place the connector inside the ArcBox
Lay the cables neatly into the rubber rings at both ends, then place the connected pair into the ArcBox enclosure.

Snap the case shut
Close the ArcBox until you hear a click. This locks the unit and seals the connector inside high-temperature protective material.

Mount the ArcBox securely
Use the ArcBox mount to fix the it to your system. Never let it hang from the cable itself.
That's it. Just a simple click and an extra layer of protection for peace of mind.
